Program Conditions

• Deposit Requirement

  A deposit of 30-50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the program if the customer doesn’t buy on our website.

  All the payments need to be done by 06/12/2024;

• Program Itinerary
  The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local restrictions, or speaker availability. We will make every effort to provide equivalent experiences in case of any changes.

• Refund Policy
  Cancellations made 50 days in a row before the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 49-35 days in a row before the trip are subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 37 days in a row of the trip start date.

• Accommodation and Meals
  Accommodation is provided at a pre-selected 4-5 star hotel. Room upgrades, special meal requests (dietary preferences), and other customizations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

• Business Talks and Speakers
  While we strive to feature the announced speakers, we reserve the right to substitute speakers in case of scheduling conflicts or emergencies. The topics will remain aligned with the original program themes.

• Travel Insurance
  Participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and other unforeseen events. The program organizers are not responsible for personal or travel-related incidents.

• Local Experiences and Transfers
  All local experiences and transfers are arranged with trusted third-party providers. Any delays or issues that occur due to local providers will be managed, but no refunds will be issued for minor disruptions.

• Liability
  Participants engage in the program and all activities at their own risk. Organizers are not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

• Visa and Entry Requirements
  Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet Brazil's visa and entry requirements. No refunds will be issued if participants are unable to attend due to visa issues.

• Minimum Participation
  The program requires a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. In case of insufficient sign-ups, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

• Force Majeure
  In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), the program may be canceled or rescheduled. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

• Currency and Exchange Rates

  Payments must be made in euros (EUR). Participants are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.

• Early Bird Discounts

  Full payment made 60 days or more in advance may qualify for a 5-10% discount.

• Payment Confirmation

  A confirmation receipt will be sent upon receiving the deposit and final payments. Participants should keep this receipt as proof of payment.

• Changes and Additional Costs

  Any changes requested by participants (e.g., upgrades, additional services) after booking may incur additional fees, payable before the trip starts.
